Although the Thanksgiving holiday is tomorrow, many companies are releasing their employees early today to get a head start on the festivities.
Some corporations are of the mindset that allowing employees to check out early the day before a holiday not only motivates team members but is also a nice perk and an easy way to say “thanks”.
Additionally, a lot of corporations give employees the option to work from home. Working remotely comes with its own challenges, but there are plenty of ways to stay productive.
If you’re a manager, what do you think about letting employees out early? Do you think it helps with team morale or does productivity suffer?
