Next week, seven young men and women will be arriving in Jacksonville, Florida to embark on a life changing experience. They will be vying for a chance to become Adecco Group North America’s ‘CEO for One Month’ – the summer internship of a lifetime.
The #CEO1Month Internship
As the ‘CEO for One Month’, the successful candidate will learn what it takes to be the CEO of a Fortune Global 500 company, working alongside CEO Bob Crouch and CHRO Rich Thompson. He/She will also travel around the U.S. with top executives, visit corporate branches and attend executive meetings.
Boot Camp: July 13-17
In order to get this amazing internship, our 7 finalists are participating in a boot camp where they will be challenged both physically and intellectually. The boot camp will take place in Jacksonville, Florida, from July 13th – 17th, with a week full of surprises, skill assessments and various life lessons.

After going through over 2,000 applications, we have selected seven hopefuls. Our finalists include:

- Kelly Crissy from Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Joslin Markowski from Charlottesville, VA
- Savannah Graybill from Lake Placid, NY
- Stephen Edde from Vancouver, WA
- Bailey Harper from Rome, GA
- Terry Zhang from Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada
DaQuawn Bruce is our Midwest candidate.
He is a student at Carthage College, double majoring in Political Science and French, with a minor in Chinese. He has a love for languages, due to his diverse upbringing and a love for the arts, including music and poetry. He tries to live every day standing closely to his three most important values: honesty, focus and passion.
The home state candidate is Kelly Crissy.
She was born and in raised in sunny Florida and attends the University of Florida where she is the Chief Marketing Officer for her sorority. She stays true to her southern girl roots by enjoying the natural outdoors as much as she can. Kelly has a strong belief in the importance of understanding her peers and forming lasting relationships.
Joslin Markowski is the candidate representing the Mid-Atlantic.
She is a rising junior at the University of Virginia where she is double majoring in psychology and Spanish. She takes great pride in philanthropy and considers herself a health enthusiast. Her favorite place in the world is a tie between Cape Cod and Whole Foods.
The candidate representing the Northeast is Savannah Graybill.
American University is her alma mater. After graduation, she went up to Lake Placid and tried out for the US Bobsled team, where she later switched to Skeleton. She is now a two-time US Skeleton National Champion. Also, she has an unbounded love for coffee and Maroon 5.
Stephen Edde is the chosen candidate from the West
Stephen is a student at the University of Washington in Seattle. Staying in tune with the Pacific Northwest, his favorite weather is the rain, snow and thunderstorms. He describes himself as “Old Fashioned 2.0” because of his adoration for new technology intertwined with his love for hard cover books.
Georgia’s own Bailey Harper, will represent the South.
Bailey just graduated from Berry College with a degree in marketing where she served as editor-in-chief for the yearbook staff. She is a talented violinist and enjoys playing in orchestras. She admires Walt Disney for his limitless imagination and his courage to make his dreams a reality.
Terry Zhang is our candidate representing Canada.
He is from Nanaimo, British Columbia and just finished up his first year at UBC Okanagan in pursuit of a civil engineering degree. He spends his free time mountain biking, playing the piano and playing the guitar. He finds strength in his social aptitude, which allows him to be very active within his community.
